FM voices Iran's readiness to supply power, gas to Pakistan

Zarif made the proposal during a meeting with visiting Pakistani Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa during which they discussed a wide range of issues.

The Pakistani general arrived in the Iranian capital earlier today for a three-day visit.

The meeting between Zarif and General Bajwa was focused on political, economic and security issues, including maintenance of border security, fight against drug trafficking, terrorism and extremism.

The two sides also urged the need to forge unity among Muslim nations, and vigilance of Muslim nation to foil the plots.
