Earthquake jolts Larestan in Fars province

According to the report of seismography center affiliated to Tehran University Geophysics Institute, the tremor occurred at 17:56:09 hours local time (14:26 hours GMT)and its epicenter was at 29.89 degrees latitude and 54.5 degrees longitude and in depth of 10 kilometers underground.

There is no immediate report on the possible casualties or damages.

Oz County located 345 kilometers southeast of Shiraz city.
