Joseph Kabila Kabange in a message to President Hassan Rouhani, expressed his condolences to him, the Iranian people and the government on the occasion of the fatal quake in western province of Kermanshah.
In his message, Kabange sympathized with the bereaved families of the victims.
He also stressed Kinshasa's commitment to enhanced diplomatic relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
A 7.3-magnitude earthquake shook the western province of Kermanshah and the regions bordering Iraq last week, killing at least 444 people and injuring over ten thousands others.
